Wasn’t able to stay there. Locked out, no special instructions given that no front desk after 7. Expedia cs hung up on me twice. Cost me FOUR times cost to book only room available nearby

If for some reason you require a long stay hotel in Casa Grande AZ and there are absolutely no other options you might find yourself here. But just know that if it's a matter of paying a bit more money, don't stay here. The fact that the room was very small didn't bother me. The staff was friendly. I'll give them that. When I opened the door to the room it genuinely smelled like a combination of urine and cheap beer farts. And the toilet? Clearly it hadn't been cleaned. I'll be polite here and not use the language I want to use. The toilet shouldn't look like a major mudslide took place. A toilet brush and cleaner, and the 60 seconds it would take to clean it shouldn't be too much to ask. I wish I was exaggerating. Look, plan your trip in advance so you can find a better place to stay even if you pay more. You'll be glad you did. Oh and let's not forget the bed. Ever slept on granite? If you like very hard beds, and enjoy the smell of urine and cheap beer farts this place is just for you. One more suggestion if you stay here. Be prepared to scrub your socks. I made the mistake of walking through the room with white socks on. The bottoms of my socks were black, BLACK! After cleaning the room myself they still only gave me half of my deposit back. I will be getting the rest of it back. I would have written this off as a bad experience, but since they didn't give me back my entire deposit after this experience I'm going to contact the better business bureau.
