Siegel Select Casa Grande

I checked in after hours and the person who helped me was great. It was an all around good experience.

Check in instructions were not emphasized. Late check in was not available & we lost a nights stay due to the inability to check in after-hours. This option wife lodging will be skipped in the future.

Unit was well located to fairgrounds. Room was clean, but no frills. First time I stayed at a hotel with no hairdryer, and although it has a hit hen, there was no dishes or cooking utensils. Siegel Select is fine if you are looking for a clean room only.

Location was good, found restaurants nearby. Television selection was good, found an old movie channel that had great movie.

Lack of space in the bathroom, especially place to set items near the sink. size of the bed was only a full had requested a queen. Disturbance in the middle with guest being locked out of his room, he woke several people in the nearby rooms. Bed springs squeaked every time you moved or turned over.

The ladies in the office are very cordial and efficient. Aways welcoming me when i return. House keepers are thurough. Nice place. Pretty quiet for as many units 400?

We thought it was a hotel. We arrived at 8:20 pm. It was locked. No answer. We had to get another hotel. Didn’t even get to stay. We’d like a refund and are getting no responses or replies. Horrible horrible service!!!
