NOTHING - our booking was useless, we did not stay there.

We drove 12 hours that day, arrived at the hotel with confirmation for two rooms only to find the front desk/office Closed. No one was there!! We were literally left standing in the cold wind outside exhausted with nowhere to sleep for the night (had 500 miles more driving to do the next day). Sketchy people walking around the parking lot, seemed to be drug users. The after hours phone number posted on the door was unanswered, no one returned our call (still, two days later). It was completely shocking. I don't know how they do business like this. There is no one there after 8pm. My confirmation says check in after 2pm (see attached photo) ??? Total disaster. Do not book here.

The beds and sheets were underwhelming at best. TowelsTP and other bathroom necessities were of poor quality and under provided. I just wanted a basic hotel night not luxury. But a clean, safe place to go to sleep and function the next morning. I did not sleep. There were not enough pillows no extra blanket, no chair or loveseat. The towels were small and extra scratchy.

They gave my reservation away I Was confirmed on booking But they gave it away and left me stranded. This was after I told them I would be there at 8 o'clock which I was. The lady at the desk said we have no more rooms left.

Location

Very noisy. Neighboring room was arrested at 3am. Wouldn't go back. Office closes at 8 pm with no after hour check in people. Had to rent at a different hotel the first night.

Good location - ok price

Needs remodeling bad. The pool was not clean and the hot tub was worse

Housekeeping never cleaned our room. Sighn on door never cleaned for four day stay.

The location and price can’t be beat

The blinds didn’t completely cover the window leaving me with a lack of privacy and there was dogs barking outside of my door at 5am with their equally loud owners yelling at volume levels absolutely unacceptable for five in the morning
