"Very Good"

Walk-in shower, tv rotates, staff was pleasant, pretty clean in the room.

No soap in bathroom to wash hands. Cushions on couch move when you sit. The least favorite was the sheets had lint balls on it so not very comfortable against your skin, felt 'rough'.

"Not what I expected for Hyatt chain"

Room was clean & quiet. staff was friendly. Hotel itself tho was run down - elevators and corridors were dirty. there was a sign on the elevators that said "dont press the buttons with a lot if force or they can break ? ! not sure what the clientele at this hotel is like to have that there. Never got a chance to try breakfast so cannot comment there. Anyway , was ok for a couple nights for work in the area but probably wont stay there again.

Location, room size, breakfast and pool.

Rooms could be more clean, you can see the rooms aren't well taken care of. Walls have damage and stains.

the only mishap was the kid size toilet. You need to upgrade to comfort height/ADA COMPLIANT toilets PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful hotel! Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff! Great breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Comfortable beds. Will definitely be staying here again!
