I couldn;t cancel

They show the picture on web site when I reserve the room with a swimming pool and hot tub when I reserve the reservation. After I check in, I asked front desk, what time is pool close and she told me we don't have a swimming pool and hot tub. Then I told her I will cancel and she told me I have to contact booking.com and I contacted and I have working on hospitality industry before, if the manager or authorised person contacted bookin.com, the booking.com will refund to me. However, they didn't and it is wrong business.
