First time in Bandung and staying in this hotel. It is really a wonderful experience. The family room is clean and spacious facing moutain view. The services here are great too from front desk to housekeeping to eating breakfast at their hotel restaurant basically every staffs in Holiday Inn. Just naming a few staffs like Bunga, Yana and Stevie in the food/restaurant sector. Starting our morning breakfast with positive vibes. Keep up the positive working energy. Overall awesome. Will surely to recommend.

"Felt Welcome With Warm & Friendliness"

Its me and my family very first time to visit Bandung, Indonesia for a short family vacation. We decided to choose this Holiday Inn By IHG hotel as they have bigger room under premium especially family room which suit us. The staffs here are all very friendly and helpful. Its perfect hotel for big family especially with kids as well. Staff Mr Yanz took extra initiative to even hand written surprise positive vibe messages for us on the table while we were busy choosing food during breakfast. We were spoilt with so many varieties of local interesting and delicious foods. The breakfast food option is a must if you stay in this hotel. Mr Steve another staff even greet us with full of morning energy and every friendly as he willing to try to get to know us a little bit. Overall stay was amazing. Good Job to all the staff. Keep up the positive working vibe to make visitors feel welcome and happy stay.

"Great Option for Stay"

Stayed again in this lovely hotel for 10 days was an unforgettable moment. First I booked via web and Ms Gilang from reservation helped me getting family room with fair prices. She was so kind and explain everything in details. Big thanks to Ms Gilang. Front liner Ms Ratu helped me getting early check in, and we really didnt have to wait to get our room, thank you. Last but not least Mr Jeremia at the resto always gave his best service. thank u to all. I will surely come back and highly recommend this hotel.
