Convenience of everything, hotel had great facilities, never seemed crowded even though they were fully booked

Small bit of confusion around getting the room cleaned. We left room late (10am) for a days sightseeing. Advised reception we would like it cleaned however when we returned it had not been cleaned

Excellent hotel either for business traveler or for those looking for a brief staycation in Bandung

During the training activities from KPDM, we were provided with room 1023, the room facilities were quite spacious and comfortable, but there were some impressions during our stay in this room, starting from access to the elevator and the room, using a card that must be inserted, in our opinion it is more practical to use a card reader, the mattress for a 4-star hotel is still below standard, recommendations to improve comfort. on the water heater equipment, after 2x use there was a leak, but there was a replacement. The toilet several times after being used after flushing there was water coming out of the channel, this was also felt to be annoying, even though it had been drained every day. Thus the results of our review, hopefully it can be input for improving service

Nice staff and nice hotel

Great hospitality and service especially shootout to Yana. Good a very room services. The food selection also quite variety.
