USI was surprised to find a damaged refrigerator cabinet upon arrival. The hotel did trim down the swollen pressboard so it would close. They also replaced a missing piece of tile in the bathroom. The shower had a lot of black mold visible though, and housekeeping skipped is on day and did a terrible job the next day. Towels were refreshed, but the empty tissue box was not replaced, and the bathroom counter was not even wiped down.

Not the best Hampton inn I’ve experienced. Older property that’s fallen behind on maintenance and cleanliness.
USUSRae the staff member that checked us in was so kind and willing to help us in any way possible. She explained to us about the breakfast and other items that were going on around town. She was above kind!
The process from booking.com to hotel was not smooth. We opted to pay at the property, and they struggled to use a different card that originally used to reserve the room. I am currently waiting to see if I got double charged, because booking.com has put a security hold on my credit card that has caused me to not have as many funds in my account as I had planned.
Loved our stay. Kids really enjoyed the Warm indoor pool! Big clean rooms.
