"Lovely stay"

When I popped in to drop off my bag the lovely and very helpful Dania advised that my room was actually ready and that I could check in. This enabled me to have prep for my days meetings in more comfort and privacy. Highly recommended

"Good but could be better."

Brilliant location for Village, China town and other part of city centre. Room was a little odd, but bed was brilliant and really comfortable. Light switches everywhere but don’t seem to do anything. Good bathroom with two showers and a hand held as well. Decor overall needs a bit of TLC, lots of stuffs and scrapes and chunks out of wooden floor filled with caulk that was coming loose. Lift didn’t work which was a pain.
