I liked everything about it,brilliant location very near tram stops and places to eat ,staff were very helpful,cheery and pleasant.The room was lovely,very clean and comfortable,really enjoyed my stay woukd deffinitely recommend and book another stay here

"Not great not terrible"

Good location and big room.

Cleaning could be better some area's not particularly clean below beds etc. Some area's of hotel run down taps falling off cabinets bashed and dented.

"Excellent stay at roomzzz"

We stayed for 2 nights while my husband did the marathon the apartment was in a great location for this and a short walk to the city centre . The lifts had broken down but the staff let us use the service lift which was good because we was on the 4th floor (105 steps) 🤪 the appartment itself was really nice with good views of China town , all the reception staff were excellent especially Dania always smiling and helpful ⭐. We would definitely return here again x

La recepcionista Rajas fue maravillosa. Nos permitió dejar las maletas desde el check out hasta nuestra vuelta al aeropuerto. Desde el minuto 1 fue muy servicial y simpática, es un gusto encontrar personas tan dispuestas a ayudarte cuando estás fuera y el idioma es un obstáculo. La habitación era más que perfecta. Baño tamaño ideal para 2 personas, nuevo. Cocina completa con electrodomésticos. Cama grande y cómoda, dobles almohadas. Armario con muchas perchas, mesa, tv. Habitación insonorizada. Desayuno gratis que consiste en Croisant y café, por cierto, café todo el que necesites durante todo el día. Excelente. La ubicación era justo en el centro, todo a 3 pasos. Excelente.
