Apartment had everything needed, clean and good location for what was needed

Mattress was very hard, noise from other rooms next to us and above kept us awake at night.

Hotel is in bad condition.

I had a fantastic stay at Roomzzz Aparthotel Manchester and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I really enjoyed my stay at Roomzzz Aparthotel in Manchester. The studio was very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The kitchenette was a great bonus, and the bed was incredibly comfortable - it really felt like a home away from home. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, as everything was fresh and perfectly prepared on arrival. The location is unbeatable. It’s right in the city centre, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major attractions, and also very convenient for the university areas. Whether you're visiting for work or study, it’s ideally placed. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, but I’d especially like to mention Rajae, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile - a real credit to the team. Other nice touches included the complimentary coffee and breakfast snacks in the morning, which were very convenient when heading out early. A few tips for future guests: Take advantage of the central location - everything is within walking distance. The studio rooms are perfect for both short and longer stays. Don’t hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations - they’re genuinely helpful. Please note that the lift/elevator is out of order at the moment and they are working towards fixing it. To access the upper floors you either have to walk upstairs or request access to the staff lift. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Manchester. Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and with truly excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

Location is great and the rooms are excellent.

Booking.com advertises parking and EV parking when this ain’t true. Parking is separate and VERY expensive!

The location was perfect for where we needed to be and close to train station

There was a problem woth the toilet flushing after you flushed it there was a very loud noise that went on for quite some time ,there was a big crack on the worktop and the bathroom had rotten bits in the wood ,while this didn't spoil our stay it does need looking at wasn't very nice .also we were told there would be complimentary goods for breakfast however we went down and there was nothing left

Everything you need! Room is really spacious and it’s in a brilliant location! The staff are all incredible. Really friendly and helpful! We got a free upgrade to a room with a bath which was honestly amazing! Felt really safe and secure. Can’t fault the place and will definitely stay again!

Honestly the only thing I can even think of negatively was the fact the lift was broken which was no fault of their own and couldn’t be helped but that’s literally it.
