The location is perfect, lovely park across the street. It's quiet, the hotel is clean. Large bed, good sleep. The bathroom is comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful.The Wi-Fi signal is strong. Nothing good about the breakfast.

Staff were extremely helpful. Wi-Fi worked poorly in room. Air-conditioner not really up to task.

only an overnight stop with an early start so didn't try the breakfast. Room was fine if a little dated (old style crt tv and someone had previously melted the grill on the heater/AC unit)Shower Room was modern and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful, car parking was on road outside at 1 lev per hour between 9 and 5, free outside these times. Very nice park opposite with a great water feature.

The hotel is in a quiet setting off a street in the centre. It's easy to walk to the nice viewing points over the bend in the river or to the restaurants with them. Sights like the Tsaravets Fortress are further away: still possible to walk to them, but otherwise there is a taxi stand close by with enough taxis waiting around throughout the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable with a decent shower in the bathroom. Breakfast seemed to be from a choice of set menus on weekdays and then a buffet at weekends. Would certainly consider staying there again.
