Cold water in the pool, no fridge in the room

Wé had the most incredible experience at Hotel Susafa. From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The picturesque setting amidst the gentle hills of Susafa provided a serene backdrop that instantly put me at ease. The staff’s warm welcome and attentive service made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The charm of the golden fields and the fresh air created an enchanting ambiance that’s hard to find elsewhere. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s design and amenities was truly impressive. From the cozy rooms to the exquisite dining options, every moment felt like a journey into a world of comfort and luxury. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my time at Hotel Susafa was. It was a truly memorable experience that I will cherish. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this hidden gem. Thank you, Hotel Susafa, for an unforgettable stay!

Fantastic landscape and incredibly well maintained property. The perfect get-away spot to reconnect with nature

Furniture is very limited in the suites - and basic. It has a rustical vibe but besides the bed you can’t sit anywhere in the room. Additionally, the foot was delicious and homemade but very small portions for a rather steep price.

Pool was good, views great, breakfast was good

There were kids at the property, the owner's kids and the owner's friends' kids. Service was inconsistent or non-existent. Towels in the room were taken and not replaced on 3 out of 5 occasions. Not really up to scratch for the price.

The views were amazing and the gardens were nice. They welcomed us with a lovely welcome drink on the rooftop which was nice although we were keen to get to our room after a big day of travel.

The pool was dirty, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, the bathroom was small, and everything was very overpriced especially considering the price of the accommodation that we had already paid.
