Ce séjour, offert comme un trésor à ma fille, restera gravé dans nos mémoires comme une ode à la beauté et à la sérénité. Un lieu unique, une escale de bonheur absolu à chérir pour toujours.

Beautiful and very tasteful. Rustic chic. A good stopping point on our way from Palermo to Agrigento. The pool area would be fabulous in summer. One of the concierge was extremely helpful in selecting a reasonable hike nearby. The manager of the restaurant and dining was very personable and quietly attentive. The spaghetti with sardines was exceptional.

They have just changed their dining approach to tasting menus and “fine dining”. While the food was very good, the portions were small and the service took a very long time. As there is nowhere else to eat in a 25-minute radius, this is very inconvenient! We left dinner hungry after having spent €200+ on the meal.

This place is amazing! Staff are super helpful and lovely, the room was gorgeous and comfy, breakfast and dinner was exceptional! We never ate lunch at the property so cannot comment on that. The whole place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and the ultimate destination to relax, switch off and unwind.

The only comment here is that the pillows provided are a little too flat for my liking. I never asked for more pillows though, I am sure they would have accommodated.

What a wonderful stay we had. We started our honeymoon at Susafa, we stayed for 4 nights. The food was incredible, home grown, cooked to perfection and tasted so fresh. I feel some reviews I’ve read very unfair on food- there are lots of options, we never ate the same thing twice! The staff were so lovely, couldn’t do more for you whether it be getting you a drink at the pool, collecting your luggage or serving you in the restaurant. We did the pasta making class with Melissa, that was amazing, we were able to learn about the Sicilian way of cooking, cook together and enjoy our delicious cooking together with a glass of wine. Melissa made it so much fun and was so lovely to spend time with. The owner came and joined us to say hello and try the food we had made which was a nice touch. If you want a place to relax then Susafa is the place, it’s so tranquil and relaxing, you can hear nature and catch up on rest. We have never stayed somewhere like Susafa before and was so pleasantly surprised.

Nothing, perfect for what we wanted

The location and surroundings were stunning, the building as well as the room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable.

We had the tasting menu and felt it wasn’t very good value for money. Expected more from the dinner - breakfast though was wonderful.
