Susafa

Some of the staffs are not very friendly.

We had the pleasure of staying at Susafa, and it was truly unforgettable. Before coming, I read some mixed reviews on Google, but I’m so glad I decided to give it a chance—what an amazing surprise. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning: breathtaking views, surrounded by nature, and complete silence that makes you instantly relax. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We also had dinner at the restaurant—the tasting menu is a real experience you shouldn’t miss. After dinner, enjoying a drink by the fireplace at the bar was the perfect way to end the evening. It really feels like the hotel listened to feedback and made everything just right. For us, it was a flawless and memorable stay. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!

We would rate this hotel almost excellent, our room was very comfortable and serviced twice a day. The grounds and pool are beautiful, effort towards sustainability is evident. Service was sometimes slow and our drinks orders were incorrect a couple of times but no big deal. We booked a couple of ‘experiences’ the wine tasting was cancelled an hour before start time. The romantic meal was a bit disappointing in our opinion, the space and views were gorgeous but the location meant the food arrived cold, and long gaps between courses. The aperitif in the field was excellent, the views are stunning, could have done with something other than bread and nuts to eat, maybe add cheese and meats?! Overall we loved the resort, staff were friendly and ideal for a couple wanting to spend a few days in a secluded location.

I wouldn’t consider this hotel a true 5-star property. While it’s a good 4-star hotel with comfortable facilities, it feels overpriced for the level of comfort and service it offers.

The views are just exceptional. The staff are excellent. Such a relaxing place. We had a wonderful time.
