Great location and the owners and rest of the team are just genuine nice people who are always friendly and so helpful which is why we prefer to stay here when we come to Christchurch, the place is close to the Riccarton mall and is within walking distance of numerous good restaurants.

The tradeoff for being so close is typical large city noise ..... that's not a complaint, it is just the reality of it but if you get a rear most unit, you will hardly notice it.

Probably the nicest motel experience I've had in Christchurch. Nice staff. Clean and tidy. Delightful water pressure in the shower. Walk to the mall. Walk to dine.

Ensuite bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the shower was excellent. Private area outside the room for smokers was really appreciated.

Room was very small, and didn't have enough storage space. There was only 1 satellite (sky) channel, and no cooking facilities apart from a microwave. The stovetop wasnt there.

An excellent price for the area. Very friendly, polite staff. I arrived at 1.45am from an international flight and pre-organising the key collection was straight forward. It was great to arrive with easy instructions and to find the heater and lights were left on for my arrival. Thankyou
