The hotel is very clean and the pool and outdoor area are beautiful

The food was the same everyday. Most of the food was not labelled correctly and hence my daughter who is allergic to nuts could not eat most of the food as we didn't know what it contained. Also, no desserts were ever available for my daughter, even though we had advised them when booking that she is highly allergic to nuts

Positiv: tolle Lage, ausreichend Liegestühle, saubere Unterkunft, eigene Essensausgabe für glutenfreie Gerichte Negativ: Ausstattung Zimmer - Beistellbett Schaniere haben hervorgestanden und zu Verletzungen geführt, ein Bett war direkt an der Klimaanlage positioniert >> dadurch Erkältung (ohne Klimaanlage wäre es zu warm gewesen) Zum Frühstück glutenfreies Brot / Brötchen vergriffen, keine glutenfreien Pizza und Pastagerichte - hier Verschlechterung zu den letzten Jahren. Freizeitangebot (z.B. Bogenschießen, Pooldisco) wurde verringert Fazit: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr

Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen erfolgt ausschließlich mit Taxis, die immer versuchen, dich zu betrügen. Nicht ein einziges Mal wurde der Taxameter benutzt. Uber ist in der Gegend nicht verfügbar, obwohl es in der App so aussieht, als wäre es das. Bonuspunkt: Mein Kind hat sich in den letzten Tagen mit dem Rotavirus angesteckt, nachdem ich persönlich zwei andere Kinder in der Anlage gesehen habe, die sich übergeben mussten.

The resort was excellent, with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can also book two additional restaurants that offer different menus. The Calabrian restaurant is included at no extra cost, while the other one has an extra charge, but one of its menus has even won a Michelin prize. The main pool was fantastic — my daughter loved the slides and the music while swimming. The bar and snacks were great, and the beach was beautiful. It would’ve been even better if we hadn’t spotted a jellyfish, which made everyone leave the water.

The room definitely needs a renovation. The bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were super thin. After two nights, I had pain in several areas — especially my neck and hips (I’m a side sleeper). The shower pressure was weak, and the shower cabin was so small that I basically had to stand outside it to help my daughter shower. The furniture and decor are also quite outdated. Honestly, my final rating would’ve been a 10 if the room had been in better condition.

Not one thing

Overall I thought from the pictures and description we were staying at a high quality resort. This pls vid geared only towards children and you should advertise that way. My kids are older and this was not relaxing, loud music kids screaming everywhere, dirty diaper floats in the pool, the food was horrible and there was no air conditioning. I called three times to fix it. No blankets? No decorations the hotel is a bad dorm room at best. The beds were so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep for two nights.
