Love the beach and the all inclusive food is nice! Pool is very fun and the slides are great.

Communication between the staff is bad, and they dont tell the guests what they need to do. We waited a long time for our bags, and I had to wall back and ask several people. Also many workers will tell you something then not do it. They never tell you you have to go from check in and then twll the bellhop that they need to take your bags, even then you have to convince them. This is not a 4 star hotel. I spent a-lot of time making sure an anniversary surprise was set up for my wife. The hotel stafff assured me massage was booked and a special celebration desert would be served at a special dinner. My wife went and there was no massage booked, and they did not remember the surprise. They called me later and told its was my fault that I didnt tell the restaurant staff that I wanted the surprise and they wanted me to get out of bed and get the stuff they made cause they have to charge me for it. I refused and they dropped the issue.

La biberoneria ha spazi un po’ troppo piccoli; il prezzo della culla lo avrei incluso nel totale della camera

Petit déjeuner vraiment rien à dire il y en a pour tous les gouts ! La piscine est énorme franchement bien et les enfants sont heureux avec les 2 gros toboggans . La chambre plutôt basique vu le prix ? le mini golf est vraiment à refaire car délabré ? Les repas en général sont bon mais peu raffinés et l'après midi pizza a gogo mais pas de sucré dommage ! Et alors la grosse ombre au tableau c'est la plage... pour y aller un magnifique sentier aménagé dans les pins et on se dit cela va être top !! mais arrivé à la plage grosse déception car on découvre une plage aménagée avec du gravillon ?? Quand on connait la CALABRE pour ses magnifiques plages c'est vraiment décevant ! ils auraient pu y mettre du sable rapporté cela aurait été vraiment mieux ! Nous n'avons aucune envie d'y retourner c'est une usine ; une machine à faire de l'argent . point.
