Location of the Board Walk is very good, easy check in, very efficient and friendly staff. The Porter certainly earns his wages taking luggage to and from rooms, lots of stairs!

The layout of the Chalet we were in wasn't great, there was no table and chairs inside the apartment, the table and seating is outside, but if it pours down with rain as it did for us!

"Heavenly family stay at Boardwalk Lodge"

The view at Boardwalk Lodge is fantastic - from our apartment we could look out over Wilderness and the beautiful ocean, even managing to watch a whale in the waters one afternoon. The apartment was perfect for our family, it was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The bathrooms were a great size.

Not a criticism, but guests need to manage steps to their accommodation choice, so be sure to mention when booking if there are any mobility challenges.
