I enjoyed the friendliness of the stuff

Unfortunately, my experience at Palmalife Bodrum fell far below expectations. The room was in poor condition and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was visible dust by the bedside, the air conditioning vent was full of debris, and the TV unit was literally falling apart. When we raised these concerns with the staff, we were told they would be addressed, but no action was ever taken. The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, hard as stone. Getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible, and I honestly dreaded bedtime during the stay. The only redeeming aspect of the entire experience was the staff. They were polite, accommodating, and genuinely tried to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, their efforts were undermined by the state of the facilities, which I simply cannot recommend. For the price and reputation, I expected far more. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

The place is very bad with extremely high humidity and very high temperature inside the room because there is only one air conditioner in the living room and there is no air conditioner in the bedroom. Moreover the air conditioner does not work properly We stayed in the room for five hours, and the temperature and humidity remained the same very high. In addition, the bidet water pressure in the bathroom is very poor and weak!!! When we spoke to the hotel manager he offered us another room but it was the same situation with no difference.!! We kindly request to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid.

Sehr nettes Personal! Alles war Top. Alles sieht auch schick und süß aus.

Das Meer war oft wellig und man hätte den Zugang zum Meer vom Steg aus etwas sicherer machen können.

I loved the dedication of the staff. They were attentif to all our needs and made sure to satisfy our desires as fast as possible.
