"Exceptional"

We booked our holiday as a last minute decision and, to be honest, we scared first. WE were worried after doing no research and seeing the bad reviews, but the atmosphere of the hotel , the staff, the management, everything was great. We were left with only what we were worried about in the first place. :) I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind and it is the place where i will come again with pleasure. Palmalife Hotel Spa

"the worst place i have ever seen"

the worst hotel ever , so dirty , no electricity, no connection . the reality does nothing to have with the photos in booking

nothing was good, the house was super far , soooo dirty , the hotel doesn’t have connection and the worst no electricity at night. i have booked for 9 nights but we check out the same night as we could stay in dark of course and the management refused to refund anything

Staying at the Palmalife Hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. The only positive aspect was the view from our room. The reception staff were unhelpful and seemed completely inexperienced in handling guests. The dining experience was even worse; the food at the hotel's restaurant was dreadful and left me with a stomachache after dinner. The overall management was chaotic and unprofessional. During checkout, the manager was yelling so loudly it added unnecessary stress to an already bad situation. The Italian food served was the worst I’ve ever had, clearly lacking authenticity and skill. This stay was a complete headache, and I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not to international travelers.

Great location and staff. The apartment is large and well equipped, wonderful view.
