Hotel Alicante San Salvador

Estaba muy bonito y acogedor, únicamente sería más limpieza en puertas y mueble ya que tenían polvo

I arrived to the property and realized that I didn't want to stay there especially the room and the noisy from the main street. I asked the manager on duty that I wanted to cancel my second night but because it was done through expedia, he wasn't able to help me and I ended up leaving anyways and paying for the room.

tienen un mal servicio de wi fi. no tiene senal para nada y tuve que perder unas reuniones de trabajo. una cama no servia, estaba quebrada y no se puede dormir ahi. el desayuno ya estaba incluido y me lo cobraron

Nice customer service

The Hotel was very close to my wife's family home. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the The Volcano of El Salvador. The Staff were very attentive and very knowledgeable. The Food and service was excellent.
