"Friendly and helpful"

Everyone at the hotel is friend and helpful. Sadly I had to return for a funery and they were very sad for me and gave me hugs. Javier and Noé helped me arrange taxi rides when needed and helped me with my Spanish. I would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel Alicante is my home when I visit San Salvador. I love the place, the staff is amazing and the location is beautiful. Hotel Alicante es mi casa cuando visito San Salvador. Amo el hotel, los empleados son extremadamente amables y la locación es perfecta y hermosa.

The hotel is cozy, clean, the staff is really kind, nice people. It's on a nice location with security. The only downside is that the wifi is really week, sometimes it wouldn't connect at all. Other than that is a nice hotel, I would recommend it and visit again.
