Great place very friendly people! Sharon Butler our server was great! Bill Sheeler made a super dinner. Highly recommend. Front desk was very helpful. Even let us park out car out front to protect our e-bikes.

Sandra and Bill in the bar are great. The food was great. Sandra was great bartender. She gave great service and great conversations.

Sandra Butler and William Sheeler were great hosts in the Holiday Inn restaurant/bar area. They were friendly and fun!

The staff were friendly.

There were a lot of minor issues I had with the room. The issues didn’t really affect me, but for the price I felt that the room wasn’t worth it. For example, the toilet made a constant noise, the outlet beside my bed didn’t work, and the WiFi was very slow and spotty. However, a major issue I had with my room was that the carpet was dirty. The staff did offer to move me to another room.

No microwave in the room but posted on the available list.

I am surprised that the reviews for this Holiday Inn are so good—I rate it fair and definitely below the Holiday Inn average. We stayed at the I-70 location because it was $50 cheaper than the in town location we normally stay at. We were coming back from a long road trip—staying the last 5 nights in a different Holiday Inn—this one is the only one that was a disappointment. Unlike most Holiday Inn Express locations--you pay extra for breakfast. Looks fine from the outside and lobby—but rooms are definitely dated. Our room had strong cigarette smell. Ice maker on our floor out of order. Air conditioner never got the room below 75 degrees (running full til all night). Outside oddly dark—especially around the back of the building. There is a Jimmy John’s an easy walk across the street, which is handy. If you're traveling with family, I’d not recommend this location and I’d stay at the location on Cinnamon in town, it is less than 10 minutes south of I-70.

Arrived late and left early, so our impressions wherr somewhat limited. Enjoyed our stay and didnt have any problems. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Would stsy again!
