"It was not great. I want a refund."

Lady that checked us in was great, let us stay longer in the pool and was very sweet.

At midnight fire alarms went off, stayed on for like 5 minutes than after investigating i could see no one leaving. I attempted to call down, no one answered. Alarms went off again 45 minutes later, an hour after that and 20 after that. We got no sleep and the morning lady checking us out was rude and snide.

"Restaurant staff superb-"

The lady at check in was not very welcoming and didn’t explain there would be an added deposit charge. We went to our room and couldn’t even get the bathroom door open when we pulled the door handle came off and so went downstairs to let her know. Again not very friendly but did offer another room. The highlight of our entire stay was Sandra Butler and Bill Sheeler they were amazing in the bar and restaurant. Bill took our order right away and the food was outstanding! Sandra kept checking on us and refilling our drinks. Truly the sweetest 2 people we ran across on our recent travels.

EXCELLENT customer service. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room, halls, and elevator were very clean. BEST hotel breakfast we’ve had in a long time with REAL eggs!

"Nice outside but lacking, think hard before paying their rates."

Location but has no Breakfast bar and the restaurant is an order but with a meal plan. Not nearly as others I stayed in on this trip.

The king size mattress has an edge that feels like a saw cutting into you when sitting. All in all this Holiday Inn lacks the nice items of most IHG hotels. Should have known when attempting to reserve this facility and it did not want to give me a good rate. Booked through Booking so no points but thought I would like the facility. Sad is what I call this hotel.

"Come and get it best place in town"

After a long day we stop had a good shower and ran down stairs to the bar/restaurant for a quick bite. Cook Bill Sheeler guided us on some awesome wings with a pasta dinner to follow. Could not eat it all but definitely was a 10 out of 10. But there more Sandra Bulter came in with a slam dunk on her self made drinks, coming to the menu soon so make sure you ask for it. 7 states 5,000 miles and glad I stopped her it was great! 2 weeks on the road and was nice for some great food and hospitality!

"Worst experience"

Gave it one because I couldn't give it a zero. By far the worst hotel stay we have ever had. It was dirty had to clean our own room. Notified management and still nothing was done. Food was cold and a long wait. I would highly advise to never visit this hotel
