How big the bed was

Room door key wouldn’t unlock and when we got him he hard to shake the door knob to get the key to work in it

Nothing really. The staff there was rude & hateful.

Not only rude but they also came into my room when I was still sleeping & stole $15 off the night stand next to the bed & then told me to leave. I'll never stay there again. They are thieves & need to be arrested

Room was dirty, bed was dirty, couldn't even sleep in it, big cockroach ran across the floor, had to kill it, owner told us to get bent pretty much when we brought it up, also found a used needle in the parking lot right next to our car.

It smelled so bad made me puke

We were concerned about the area of town and info from some of the 2022-2024 reviews. But the room was very clean and had everything but a coffee maker (coffee available at the office). Beds were comfortable and even on July 3 became quiet at 10-10:30! Staff in office and maintenance were very personable.

The staff was accommodating. I had gotten sick and they were understanding as I needed to extend my stay.

The worst place ever. The rooms smells like dead animal and mold the bathrooms look like a truck stop restroom. The staff was very unprofessional and unorganized. The crackheads and homeless people sleeping in cars in the parking lot running around all night. The night guy tried to upcharge a roll of toilet paper and for clean linen. Will not ever stay there again. $100 a night plus a $50 deposit would rather sleep with the homeless people in their cars cuz I think it would be more sanitary. And a pretty good chance of being on live PD or cops.
