Battlefield Inn Springfield

We liked the staff but that was all the people around you were to loud and were not able to sleep kept my children up and didnt give my wife the refund the bathroom was bad couldnt open the window because of the bees

language barrier with staff, no receipt given at check in so not sure what the charges were, tried to check out and get receipt - no one available for checkout

Well check in was bumpy. No where did it say I had to put dow a $50 deposit. It took them Abit to find my reservation and the only thing plugged in in the room was a lamp and fridge nothing else was even plugged in they still had the cords wrapped up and the worst part was the it had random stains and burns all over it. If I would have known that I would have put 30 of that $50 on a room and gotten a room at the hotel just down the road

No truck parking, steep incline, not my best stay

The owner didn't even know the name of the cross streets in front of his hotel and gave me poor directions once he got my money he couldn't even look me in the eye and talk to me anymore they put me in a room where there was construction going on above me so I was unable to take my afternoon rest before my big event I'll never go back there

They didn't have breakfast

I felt like I was in a grimy, dirty place

It was gross and nasty there was fleas weak spots in the floor and so dirty.

After u getting money u would not let my 10 lb service dog in . I had to find another place to stay .i did put pet on line. When i reserved lady was pretty rude
