The facilities are excellent, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The ongoing activities are also enjoyable and well done.

More focus should be directed towards cleanliness, particularly in the elevators and the main buffet restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. The outdoor children's entertainment play area near the entrance is appealing, but additional safety precautions are necessary to prevent any potential injuries to the children.

Over all a great place to stay, a lot to do inside the resort, food was delicious with a big choice, would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

"We had our anniversary holiday and we shall remember this stay for the rest of our lives.. Splendid."

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. The room where we stayed had a very nice view of the sea and the pools. The staff were very friendly; we got assistance in every way. "Sun", the guest relations officer went beyond to get my table in two a'la carte restaurants and I can't thank her more. Also, "Baksat", the front desk officer, he was just so nice to upgrade our room from better to best when we checked in. Thanks to the team of Delphin Be Grand.

Can't think of any. That's all I can say. Everything was spectacular.
