The hotel is big have many facilities food is good

The staff was so bad and way deal with us is very bad the service is so bad the people not friendly at all I did recommend it to any one to stay and come for vacation

The amount of activities available for adults, children and for the whole family is incredible. The food offer is out of this world. From Turkish cuisine, through European specialties and even the good and simple nuggets with French fries (beloved by the little ones)

The Resort map, received upon check-in is good, but lacks some information regarding the restaurants locations. The information about the main events is good, but regarding the secondary events, it's not crystal clear.

Resort facilities

Reception staff not friendly or accommodating. Timing for dinner, kids rides and shows clash. Kids rides times need to be extended. Also the slides close too early in summer.

Excelent hotel and food, lots of entertainment and pool options, finally good internet connection in a resort in Turkey.

Beach is not ideal, yet the pier is great in very hot weather. Resort should be more active in preventing water pollution by replacing plastic cups and straws at least at pier bar and beach bar. You cannot expect all people to be responsabile about that.

I was charged another 1500 Euros extras at check in this was very upsetting, for my daughter as an extra bed ridiculous. I really didn't expect that and I did not budget for it. This was way too high

Kid friendly in some instances

Was told all inclusive but was charged for room service.. kids got sick with vommiting and could not leave room so ordered room service but got charged.. how ridiculous.. do not say all inclusive then and was only told at checkout..
