Location.

There were insects on the bed. We got bitten by them. As I booked a sea view room. We never got the sea view. Very bad experience with the room. Why taking money for what you are not going to deliver.

The choice of 6 pools was fantastic and the aqua park. The kids pool which had a range of slides as we had a 2 year old. The choice of food at the main restaurant was good as well as the stalls outside serving fries, shawarma, ice cream, sandwiches and more which was included in the all inclusive. This meant that the days we didn’t want to go inside for lunch we could outside. Waiters/waitresses will keep checking if you need drinks or snacks by pool sides which was good. When we asked any questions the staff helped as much as they could.

The kids pool closed quite early (17:00), not sure why this was as the other pools would remain open.
