Every thing at the hotel was exceptional from the rooms, to hotels staffs, facilities and most especially the food and drinks was great. The location was good , I don't usually write reviews my first time ever writing one.

I love hotel decor, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. The buffet is very nice with a variety of foods .

Booking a table at the à la carte restaurants proved to be quite challenging. They are often fully booked, and guest relations tend to swiftly suggest tables at restaurants that aren't included in the all-inclusive package, which can be frustrating during your holiday.

Good Facilities, however limited of visiting in the winter months. Very friendly staff.

When busy, very difficult to get service, table at the bars and restaurants. Food could use more variety, especially for vegetarians, it was the same food for the entire duration of the stay.

The hotel is amazing, best stay ever

There is nothing not to like everything was perfect.

Everything was good except pillows were terrible and air on was set to hot temp as hotel policy for November. But staff/food and general hotel was brilliant. Kids loved it 😁👌
