Greta hotel with lots of facilities. Pools were heated and plenty of sun beds available throughout the day near the heated pools.

Noises of people walking past room were quite loud. But everything else was perfect.

One of the standout aspects of Grand Delphin BE is the 24/7 food availability. There’s always something to eat, even late at night, with plenty of kid friendly options like burgers and chips, as well as other choices. You’ll never have to worry about rushing for meals. Overall, Grand Delphin BE is a fantastic destination for families, friends, and couples. You won’t regret visiting just be sure to check the weather before you go!

My stay at the Grand Delphin BE Hotel has the potential to be a five-star experience, but unfortunately, the cold weather impacted our visit. While that was just bad luck, it meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool. However, despite the chill, we still appreciated the warmth of the sun. The real issue, though, was the temperature in our corridor on the second floor (D category family rooms), which was noticeably colder than other floors. This made our stay uncomfortable and, unfortunately, led to my daughter falling ill from the very first day. If you’re traveling with family during cooler months, I’d recommend avoiding the second floor D category family rooms. Another downside was my check in experience. The receptionist who assisted me was quiet, cold, and unhelpful, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won’t mention her name, as I don’t want her to get into trouble, but I do hope the hotel provides better customer service training. On the other hand, all the male staff I encountered were professional, friendly, and attentive especially Maksat, who went out of his way to assist me. At the end of the day, guests are only at the hotel for a short time, and a simple smile and kind words can make a big difference. My advice to management: Please ensure all staff, regardless of gender, race or background, provide the same level of warmth and hospitality. As frequent visitors to Turkey (2-3 times a year), we truly appreciate these small but meaningful gestures.

Half the water facilities (water park) were closed which was not mentioned anywhere in booking process.
