Las Alcobas, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mexico City

By far, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. It was truly a luxury hotel. The room was beautiful, well-designed, and finely appointed. The staff were consistently outstanding, and the restaurant (Anatol) was exceptional. The location also was wonderful, and a great base for exploring Mexico City. We highly recommend this hotel. A true gem!

Great staff, good food at restaurant, terrific mini-bar policy, polished

Booked only two nights and arrived after 8pm on a Sunday. For Monday I booked spa appointments and arranged lunch with the spa director prior to arrival. The services, staff, lunch and spa director where all outstanding. After our spa service we walked around the neighborhood and did some shopping. Enjoyed dinner outside the hotel. The free drinks and snacks were welcomed after our walks and spa treatments. The bathroom was the highlight and we never had time to even try the spa tub which looked so inviting.

Excellent choice, terrific staff, good breakfast. Was given free upgrade. Room had lots of nice amenities.

Once again I had the chance to stay at this fantastic boutique hotel in Mexico City. As always, great personalized service on all fronts. Service is fast and good, everyone helpful. This time I tried out their massage offer in the SPA and can also strongly recommend this, very professional.

Warning! Be very aware of the cement cones that dot the sidewalks! I managed to trip over one half a block from the hotel and by the time I managed to sit up, a bellman from the hotel was there with a wheelchair in order to get me back to the hotel where they had the bellman who was the "medically" trained one waiting for me with a huge bag of medical supplies! That is just one example of how great this hotel is! I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite when I checked in and the room was great...huge and very luxurious. Every imaginable high end store is within walking distance and there are probably 200 restaurants within a 5 block radius. Even though you are on the equivalent of Rodeo Drive, not one street sound gets in. Use a "free" night if you have to, but stay at this hotel! P.S. After I returned from the ABC Hospital (private, very high tech hospital in the Santa Fe area), the staff could not have more helpful and nicer...instant room service, a continuos flow of vacuum sealed ice bags(?!!!), and never ending questions re can they do anything for me! Great hotel!

Stayed here for the F1 weekend and I have to say it is the best hotel I've stayed in all of Mexico City. Warm welcome at reception along with welcome juice at room's entrance and warm cookies placed inside the room.

this 35 room luxury hotel provides the true boutique experience at it's best, staff remembers your preferences, always near but not intrusive service. Loved the touches everywhere such as sterling silver sugar set at every table for breakfast, complimentary mini bar, house made custom soaps. Beautiful spa, and small practical gym. It has the feeling of arriving home. I would say it is more for couples and business travelers. Truly a great experience.
