Établissement bien situé près du centre. Personnel accueillant et serviable. La chambre est vraiment grande c’est agréable et propre. Literie comfortable

Les oreillers sont moins confortables c’est dommage. La chambre est propre mais il y a des poils d’animaux qui traînent.

Bien situado , instalaciones modernas y correctas .

La televisión por cable no tenia ningún canal en español sintonizado . Había canales argelinos , italianos , alemanes , …. hasta rusos , pero ninguno español. A pesar de estar a 30 km de la frontera española . Me pareció un detalle feo.

"Mucha estrella pero poco que aportar"

La verdad es que solo la ubicación, por todo de más fue muy pésimo. Unas expectativas muy altas para que luego no sea así. Mucho hotel de 4 estrellas para luego tener que buscarlas , y por no hablar del personal.

El trato del persona de recepción fue denigrante, ni unas disculpas por no cumplir las características de la habitación y aún así, con malas caras para hacernos subir el tapón de la bañera (que no estaba) y poder bañar a mi bebé. Faltaban muchas cosas en la habitación, en booking se dice unas características y luego en el lugar no se cumple. Como por ejemplo, el chroomcast y las instalaciones del baño. Para no hablar del tema parking… . Experiencial para no repetir.

"Perfect location and great value in Perpignan"

The location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable

The windows didn't open so with 4 of us in the room it got very stuffy at night. The reception/breakfast area was very basic
