"Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – schlechtester Hotelbesuch bisher"

Die Lage

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft um 17 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, obwohl wir unser Eintreffen zuvor angekündigt hatten. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass das Bett für unser Kind nicht vorbereitet war, obwohl das Hotel uns bereits um 15 Uhr angerufen und nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt hatte. Statt einer Lösung wurde uns lediglich Bettzeug ins Zimmer gebracht, und wir mussten das Kinderbett selbst beziehen. Ein solcher Service ist für ein Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt war dies das schlechteste Hotel, in dem wir jemals übernachtet haben.

"utile pour une nuit"

la taille de la salle de bain, la gentillesse du personnel lors du check-in et du check-out. Certains oreillers étaient moelleux.

L'hôtel ne vaut pas un Novotel je trouve. Il est dans son jus, pas tout chaleureux, l'espère petit dej, on dirait une cantine, Les couleurs sont vieillots, abimés, le plafond de notre chambre était pas propre.
