Sleep Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey Southwest

The first room we were assigned had stains on the bedding and the room did not appear clean. We switched to a room that also had stained bedding (which someone came to change per our request), dirty towels, a dead bug in the bathroom, mold on the air conditioning unit and overall, the room did not meet our standards of cleanliness. We only stayed because they told us that due to booking through a third party, we would not receive a refund. The breakfast options were very limited, so we opted to eat out. We chose this location in part because the breakfast was included. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and we will not return.

Staff came into our room while we were away. Water was ice cold for showers, no matter what time showers were taken. Pool was exceptionally small

The beds were very comfortable, room was cozy.

Front desk lady was sleeping when we checked in. The breakfast was a disappointment. Hot breakfast was advertised but we were only offered muffins, bagels, yogurt, apples and waffles. Pool water was cold.
