Sleep Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey Southwest

Ants in the room. Paid for a room with 2 queen beds and it had 2 double beds. It took 20 mins to check in (no line). Charged room to card i gave for incidentals and not the card i reserved room on after specifically asking.

Room was clean and comfortable and cleaning was done daily. Personnel were friendly.

Not much selection on the breakfast, but was adequate. Surprised that maid put out daily gratuity envelopes. Price was a little high.

Really spacious and inviting rooms. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well.

The bathroom was a bit crusty, with mold and stains on the walls and curtains. The pool was also a bit run down and half of the breakfast options were missing.

Fairly standard hotel. The room was clean, but it was a bit outdated. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Very helpful and professional staff. Property was as advertised.

The room was nice and large.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fireworks that kept me up.

Bigger pool area. Loud AC unit in room.

They cancelled one of my rooms. So my group had to squeeze into 3 rooms instead of 4

The room we booked was super clean, the front desk staff was so kind and helpful.
