⭐☆☆☆☆ Not Worth the Price – Disappointing Experience at Four Points by Sheraton Lagos I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was not as clean as I expected, and the cleaning seemed poorly done. The furniture had been repainted in a dull black color, giving the room a gloomy, almost unsettling atmosphere. The breakfast hall was small and lacked natural lighting, making it feel dark and cramped. The waiters were slow in serving tea and clearing tables, which caused unnecessary delays for other guests. I suggest allowing guests to serve their own coffee and tea while the waiters focus on keeping the tables tidy and refilling food items promptly. The only parts of the hotel that met expectations were the gym and the convenient location. Everything else fell below the standard of a four-star hotel. It was surprising and unprofessional to see the receptionist leaving the front desk to carry guests’ luggage to and from rooms, leaving other clients waiting. Overall, this hotel does not offer value for the price charged. It seriously needs better management, improved service, and proper maintenance to live up to the Sheraton name.

The rooms should be aired out.

Very accommodating and I was assured when I needed anything

This hotel is well located in the CBD. The security is excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable although the AC is aggressive but it can be turned off which makes it pleasant. Lifts are card accessed. WiFi works well and is free. Beds are comfortable and very large. All works well in the bathrooms. Breakfast was very good and there was lots of choice. As is normal in West Africa, offerings are not consistent day-to-day - sometimes yogurt, sometimes not, sometimes pawpaw and sometimes not ... The bar and terrace were pleasant with part of the terrace sheltered.

Reception was very slow. Finally got my room. The moment I entered I wanted a coffee. The plug did not work. So I had to try plugs which could work. Finally found one on the bedside table. Then it was leaking from the air conditioning. I did not complain as I was leaving the next. Very bad maintenance
