"Highly professional management not allowing room for amateurism"

I stayed several days at Four Points by Sheraton in Lagos and found the hotel excellent in all aspects. Everything works smoothly, there are no hidden dark spots, the staff is extremely client focused and proactive; these are all signs of a highly professional management not allowing room for amateurism.

The room service was alright , they tried to deliver and always to check if I liked the food . Now my problem is with one of the guys at the second floor bar , I went there for a drink and shisha , he served people in front of me then went back inside like I wasn’t there , the guy that makes the shisha had to go inside to call him for me and took my glasses when I finished . He just focused on the table in front of me without a care that someone is there needing service . So I will say the guy that makes the shisha there is an amazing guy and doing a great job when it comes to customer service .

- when checked-in they demanded a full amount for the whole stay, 11 nights . Refused to pre-authorize and refused to charge for like 5 nights then later on the rest - breakfast is good, same food everyday for 11 days - coffee at the breakfast takes 10-15 minutes, as per the staff, the machine takes long time - gym is simple but enough for a hotel
