"Exceptional"

Stayed here recently and found the hotel to be rather dated. It’s clear that the property hasn’t been refurbished in quite some time, even with a change in management. The rooms and overall facilities could really use a refresh. For the current condition, I do feel the price point could be more competitive. That said, what the hotel lacks in upkeep, it makes up for in hospitality. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. A special mention to the front desk namely Aira & Hasana who were especially attentive and made our stay more pleasant, not forgetting the maintenance and housekeeping who who were efficient in attending to concerns. Also grateful to the Supervisor for kindly upgrading our stay ~ a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. If the management invests in updating the property, this hotel could truly shine, especially with the great team they have on board.
