1. The room is located in front of the garbage room, the corridor and inside the room smells of garbage 2. The room walls were moldy 3. Blood Spot linen :’( 4. Dusty

"Staycation at Grand Dafam Ancol"

Just unlocking new experience in Ancol for the first time, and choose this Grand Dafam Hotel since it close to the venue I will go. Such a nice experience to be assisted by Ms. Hasna to fulfil my reservation. Since I came earlier, she clearly guide me to get the service I've reserved. ❤️❤️❤️

"Excellent"

This appears to be an older facility than hasn’t been updated. The staff were really nice and accommodating and the breakfast was great. You were only give two towels and when asked for more they only brought up one extra.

Nice location, near ancol The reception is helpful especially ms hasna & marisa Love the ambiance and they also had lounge and live acoustic on every saturday and sunday Its a lovy family trip when you want to go near ancol and enjoy ancol sea with family

"Disappointing experience"

Not clean, not safety, everyone can access on every guest’s floor without a key card. Random man rang my bell and tried to get in at 3am. Considering how everyone can access it, it definitely freaked me out and I just slept for 2 hours at that time so another thing that made this visit very uncomfortable. The lamp on my nightstand couldn’t be switched off so had to sleep with lights on, and several questionable red brownish stains on the sheet, so had to sleep on top of the blanket cause that was the only thing that looked clean.

"Nice experience"

Got in early with my friends and they let us in for early check-in as per my request through the booking app. It was a nice sleepover with friends after concert 😁 Dinda and Hasna, both of the staffs at resepsionis, helped and guided us through our check im process.
