"Pampered in Borgo Pantano"

Lovely property filled with orange trees and flowers. The resort and spa made it a truly relaxing stay. Wonderful buffet breakfast! Shuttle into the city was convenient. The staff was extremely accommodating and professional.

Borgo Pantano fully deserves all its exceptional ratings - the owners and staff were wonderful, the food was excellent, the swimming pool is fantastic, it is very family friendly and they really have thought of everything. Great value too (earlier in our holiday we stayed in a hotel double the price and Borgo Pantano beat it hands down across many areas) - love this place!

"Best breakfast and best service ever"

I had really good experience at this hotel. Breakfast was the best one I've ever had at any restaurant over the world. There are so many kinds of Italian food and could not try all only for 3days. Unfortunately my son got heat stroke but the staffs were so kind to help us out for whole day. We could not enjoy Sicily as much as expected, but this hotel made our holiday very special and unforgettable.

Gorgeous grounds, particularly the swimming pool, nice rooms. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast is stunning! Downside is the location as it's 15 minutes away from Ortigia. The hotel can arrange a taxi but they charge 10 euros (which isn't bad) but the timings of it aren't convenient. If you hire a car then it's perfect!

Amazing stay. Chilled and relaxed environment. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Lots of places to lounge in garden or by the pool. You will need a car as it’s quite remote.
