Beautiful hotel with magnificent grounds and accomations. Welcoming, helpful staff made us feel very welcome! Food was amazing and the owner was so gracious and kind!

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff was extremely welcoming. The room was spacious and really comfortable. The surrounding area left something to be desired but there was lots to do and see a short drive away. You absolutely need to hire a car if visiting this area as it’s quite remote.

Very nice place with an excellent staff and great food. Good base for exploring this part of Sicily. Room was good for us and our 2 children. A nice blend of modern and classic styles.

A beautiful hotel run by highly passionate and customer oriented staff. You can’t fault them for wanting to help you in every way. The pools and grounds were well designed and inviting, not too busy and not too boring, but offering just the right amount of relaxation. The outdoor restaurant dinner on the rooftop was delicious and the breakfast was the single greatest display of fine food I’ve ever seen at any 5 star hotel in the world...The Four Seasons would have a few things to learn from this breakfast. The owner greeted us at breakfast and in doing so, took responsibility for as the face of the hotel, which was much appreciated. Our requested baby cribs were set up prior to arrival, a good sign of customer care and organization. Our room was modern and functional, perhaps a bit sterile, but a welcome comfort after traveling in the countryside.

This is a wonderful hotel, set in the countryside outside Syracuse. Our junior suite was roomy and well-appointed, the pools were inviting and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. A special mention for breakfast, it really was world class. An amazing range of Sicilian tastes, savoury and sweet, with a warm welcome each morning too from the owner! It's a little out of town so a hire car is a real benefit. The hotel runs a shuttle but times are a little limited. We really loved the hotel and Sicilian hospitality and hope to visit again

This hotel is set on beautiful grounds. The pool is amazing. Everyone at the hotl was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was the hard bed.

Beautiful place with gorgeous pool & gardens. Excellent staff - always friendly & willing to go the extra mile. Rooms comfortable & cleaned immaculately. Walls rather thin however so you will hear your neighbours cough/sneeze etc. Nothing to do nearby so a car is essential for unless you are willing to pay the price for dinner on site (I wouldn’t recommend - certainly not value for money) Overall a lovely stay but head to Syracuse for dinner!
