White Lodge Hotel

Provided what we needed. Clean. Comfortable. Efficient. Parking. Good location.

This was my first time in the lake. The Hotel was in a great location loads to do ideal if you struggle walking up hills. It was clean and comfortable and car park access was good. They had a kettle with coffee and tea which is always nice. The people who owned it were lovely and the price was fantastic.

Dont stay in room 9 its a cupboard with a bed its far to small to even be considered as a room

The property was excellent, and the management was incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We booked a standard double room but on arrival it was clear the room was tiny. There was little room for manoeuvrability. The shower tray filled up mid shower so we had to stop the shower until the water had drained. There was a couple of other little niggles which just made the stay rather disappointing . The hosts and location was great but when paying £100 I would expect a better room .

Not clean no heating just a small electric fire it was minus 2 and freezing in the room bed linen did not look clean and a very very thin quilt cover how this place could be 4 stars is a joke were not offered breakfast and customer service was none existant no water no suger sanitary towel box empty i would rate this establishment 2 stars we paid £100 for this worth £50 at most
