"Excellent stay for kids"

Excellent food, majority of staff were very friendly, especially Ali from Soliel restaurant (I’ll attach his picture, great with the kids). Very good splash pool for young kids and goood water slides. Gym was also good.

One member of staff was very rude, he was at the outside bar near the beach just past the water slides in the morning. I had ordered to pineapple juices and he gave me one, so I said ‘oh sorry, 1 more please’ and then he started raising his arms and giving me attitude. I was surprised because all the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing is that the pool was not heated. A notice is better to be given about time of the heated pool availability especially with expected cold weather

Everything. The staff is very considerate and playful with the kids, food was varied and very good, kids club was fun for our 4 year old, swimming pools were a good mix from relaxation, proper swimming and playing in the kid's pool. Absolutely recommend for families!

Tolle Anlage direkt am Meer

Laute Musik bis spät abends, an der Bar winzige Pappbecher für Getränke (Umweltbelastung, da man ständig einen neuen Becher holen muss anstatt zb ein großes Glas zum Wiederbefüllen), kleiner Fitnessraum

accueil et personnel sympathique espace enfants très bien

nous avons été surclassé avec une chambre vue sur mer mais au dessus du bar et des animations musicales donc très bruyant jusqu'à 23h00 repas peu variés et qualité moyenne (tout était trop salé) plage de cailloux et peu de faune aquatique
