Personnel exceptionnel et hôtel très propre et complet pour passer des bonnes vacances

Hôtel agréable plusieurs piscines, chambres propres et spacieuses. Parfait pour des vacances avec enfants

Manque un peu de variété pour les buffets mais sinon très bon hôtel

Outstanding vacation Thanks Mr. Yehia , Mr. Mahmoud and Special thanks for Mr. Reda in reception ( decent and helpful all the time 🙏🌷) Also many thanks for room service Ahmed ( helpful and great artist using towels 😃), staff in Italian and oriental restaurants were great , animation team specially Tanora 👏👏👏👏, so excited to comeback again ❤️

Food was great, pool was good , room in the hotel was nice

The animation team deals only with white people regarding any activities. Ignoring us very frankly because of our colour. Also, the guys who make the drinks. They are only dealing with the people they think they are tourists. While I paid the same or even more. The pools want more frequent cleaning

The hotel was really nice the hotel room and bed sheets were clean the food was really nice and fresh with a-lot of variety and good food distribution to avoid overcrowding, the staff is super friendly and very helpful; however there was no internet in the rooms only at the reception and very week.
