I like the facilities. Piero served us an excellent diner. I do not need 100 characters to say that. I hope this is sufficient

Sehr schöne Villen direkt am Strand, stilvolles Design.

Leider waren die Betten sehr weich und etwas durchgelegen. Wir haben jedoch nicht nach einer anderen Matratze gefragt, vielleicht wäre das möglich gewesen.

For a start this is NOT a 5 star hotel - not in attitude, service, facilities and certainly not in food. In location maybe. Arrival: Unfortunately, front desk in particular are NOT nice, some have attitude, almost rude and arrogant didn't help us open door, where prioritising other tasks, just total lack of attention. Took us ages to check in, make payment, no warm welcome no welcome drink. First night dinner, a total disaster. Fair enough my wife and daughter are vegetarian, had to order from a very limited menu from non english speaking waiters. All food was served random and cold. We sent the pizza back three times, each time we were promised a now one, each time it came back microwaved, plate boiling hot and pizza still cold. My risotto was also cold, sent back, and it was also returned microwaved - microwaved risotto and seafood. After an hour of waiting, we had enough and left without eating. The duty manager on the evening was the only person speaking English, he was nice, apologetic and was trying to help. Unfortunately that was the last time we ate at the hotel, we had to take tuktuk to town every night - 20min bone breaking dirt track tide return at extra cost First night sleep - virtually none. The people in the room next to us partied outside until 4am. We tried to get front desk attention, nobody picked up the phone. The place is full of security guards, nobody stepped in. I confronted the neighbours myself in the early hours at my own risk. I asked to speak to the manager the following morning, given our first 24h in the hotel were a total write-off. Was told he will be with me in 20 min, we waited for 2 h in room for him, before we were informed that he has day off. No respect for our time. Day 2, the manager found time. I asked for a full refund for the first night only. On departure, front desk staff waved a form to sign for me, to confirm 40% refund. Kind of an insult at $300 per night. very poor service, staff with attitude, not 5...

We had the best holiday at Arennas. The room was modern, well equipped and had the most amazing view. The food was outstanding and the menu offered a variety of cuisines, which compliment the excellent standard of cocktails too. The staff were out of this world, making us feel so welcome. They were friendly, caring and professional, in particular Mariana, Gary and Pedro. Thank you!

Het eten was niet echt op niveau en helemaal niet warm genoeg! Enige minpunt van ons verblijf.

El hotel era maravilloso, el personal muy amable. Destacar lo bien que se come en su restaurante.

No estaba disponible es servicio de bicicletas como indica es su descripción. Nos quisieron cobrar en soles con un cambio de moneda muy bajo ( por parte del hotel) en vez de en dólares, pero nos dimos cuenta y pudimos rectificar.
