We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lola and would highly recommend it. The hotel kindly upgraded us, which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special. The location is fantastic — perfectly placed to enjoy everything around Cartagena and ideal for exploring the city. The restaurant was excellent, the pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable. Most importantly, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The service was consistently good and made us feel very well looked after. We had a great time and would happily return.

There were only a few small areas for improvement. The hot water sometimes took a few minutes to come through, the rooms could benefit from a little more lighting as they felt quite dark at times, and in the two-storey rooms it would be helpful to have a phone and a few amenities upstairs for extra convenience. Overall, these were only minor details and did not take away from what was a very enjoyable stay. We had a great time and would gladly return.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The food was absolutely wonderful. The decor was so fun.! I probably took 100 pictures.! and it smelled incredible! Great location!

This hotel is so lovely and visually engaging! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were wonderful. The included breakfast was delicious and the service was very friendly. Special shout outs to Yeison and Kelly for their help with taxis and transfers. They went above and beyond to help us!
