Very comfortable place that easily feels like home. Managers Rachel and Adrian go out of their way to make everything right, and are excellent sources for local information of the area.

Very good location, rooms are big and clean. The guesthouse itself has a very good atmosphere, Owner and staff are very kind and helpful! You can also drink at the patio. And as an insider info: you should try the oyster happy hours between 5 and 6 at Seabreeze restaurant! :-)

This is a delightful guesthouse with lovely big rooms. Everything was spotless and emphasis on comfort. There was a lovely communal lounge area with an honesty bar which we used at the end of the night and was very well Stocked!! Great hosts and a made to order hot breakfast. We travelled around by Ubers which were cheap and easy to get. Would definitely recommend this property

Wir hatten 5 schöne Tage in diesem kleinen Hotel. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Parkplätze vorhanden und die Lage war ebenfalls super. Haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen.

By far the best B&B I've ever stayed in. The room was huge with high ceilings, comfy bed, big bathroom, and super-clean. The service was wonderful and Rachel was very accommodating and helpful with things to do and where to go in the area. The location is in a really pretty and quiet neighbourhood and we actually walked to the V&A waterfront most times in about 20 minutes even though we had a car. Some small things that I really appreciated: water, still and sparkling every day you're there, fresh milk in the refrigerator for tea and coffee, and the wine fridge! It's a self service, honour system to be charged later system and was the best part of coming back in the evenings by far. The wines were really good and inexpensive too! Breakfast was well stocked and sitting in the conservatory was a really nice experience. We were there over Christmas and it was just lovely. If I had my own B&B I would want it to be like the Kingslyn. We will definitely be back.

Ze hebben voor ons de reserveringen voor restaurants gemaakt die we vroegen. En hun eigen aanbeveling voor de avond waarop we niks hadden was ook geweldig.
