Apartamentos Vista Real

Excellent location for visiting Gibraltar,we stayed in a two bedroom penthouse apartment. Excellent staff at reception,good clean,basic apartment with kitchen and balcony,and upstairs sun terrace overlooking the pool.

On a trip back from Gibraltar we thought we would stay overnight here as it was getting a bit late. From the outside the apartments and surroundings looked delightful and good value for money. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and understood that we had certain needs due to my disabilities. After a bit miscommunication we were lead to our apartment which meant leaving the car some distance away from the apartment ( not a good start). The apartment was next to a pool which seemed great but that's were the good part ended. The entrance to the apartment had a large step even though I explained my disability to the receptionist. That said, we entered the apartment to be met by more creatures than a Zoo. Ants were the main issue, they were just about everywhere you looked. The furniture wouldn't have looked out of place in a 1970's Butlins chalet! The aircon was turned down its lowest setting but didn't come on. The only plus side was they were quite spacious I decided it was just not worth staying and we were offered a different apartment but by now my mind was set. In fairness the receptionist was apologetic and sorted out an instant refund. She deserves to work in a better place.

Wow, what a beautiful area! The hotel was excellent on all fronts. It was clean, spacious, great balcony and view. The kitchen was great, but only two people could realistically fit in ours. The pool was nice, but a bit cold during our stay. The area was very nice for walks around the property and area. We booked this place in order to go to Gibraltar for a day trip, this worked out to be fantastic. It was a 15-20 drive to the border, 15 minutes through the border and we were enjoying Gibraltar. We would definitely be willing to book this hotel again and can sincerely recommend it.

Too far off the beaten path. Long way down a curvy mountain road. We ended up not staying and couldn’t get a refund.

We enjoyed our stay here when you walk in the door there is a separate bedroom then a bathroom then a kitchen / dining table/ lounge area then a balcony with table & chairs there is a very nice pool area but too cool for us to use. You need your transport to stay here we used it as our base to visit Gibraltar & Tanger although it was a 40 minute drive to Tarifa. Good wifi $ facilities to make our own breakfast. We stayed 4 nights here. You had to walk up stairs to reach the apartment we had which was on the 2nd floor there is a lift to the 1st floor. It had a real Spanish look.

Was staying while visiting Gibraltar with my sister. Great location for my needs. Have been here twice before and never been disappointed.

The property was dark cold the view was not great . The sun beds were dirty and uncomfortable . Could not use and the place was to far away from anywhere . Although the views were amazing . And the beach beuitifiul . I would not stay in that particular apartment again . Would stay in alcadesa again but in a different part

The room was large but the bathrooms both reeked of sewage. It was so bad that we had to keep the bathroom door closed otherwise we couldn’t be in the bedroom. There were no toiletries or even hand soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. The sheets were old and laundered so much that they were scratchy. There were also loads of mosquitos outside the door. The pluses were the WiFi and the swimming pool, which was nice. Otherwise pretty gross.

everything was exacellent besides the aircondition wasn't working properly and no locks in the toilets also the sink in disabled toilet was very far.

Spacious apartment with comfortable bed and great shower. All necessary facilities were there including fridge and kettle. Very clean Easy access and free parking.
